TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED. WE WILL NOT HONOR YOUR RETURN WITHOUT A TAG.
Customer pays for shipping both ways if an item has to be returned.

Once the returned package arrives to us a member of our return department will inspect and issue an online credit within 5 business days.
USPS First Class: 10 – 15 business days.
DHL Express: under 5 business days.

Exotic Fashion Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that states delivered at or to/delivered inside a mailbox of the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout. Please double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. Keep in mind we ship to where you, the customer inputs at checkout.
If your package is held at the post office more than likely custom fees are due. You would need to cover the fees in order to retrieve the package. If the package is sent back to us we will notify you to reattempt delivery. At that time we cannot cancel nor credit the order, as it would’ve fell well outside the allowable days. We as merchants are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.
