You can begin a return by using the SUBMIT A RETURN feature at the footer of our website and select the articles you are requesting a credit for. There is no need to wait on instructions from us for a return. Just fill out the return process on our website and then proceed to send it back to us.
ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES, SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS MARKED FINAL, ARE FINAL SALE. THERE WOULD BE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Online orders will not be honored in store for exchange or in-store credit. Online returns will be issued an online credit. Once we receive your returned package a member from our return department team will inspect and issue you an online credit. We do not offer money back refunds on returned items. Online credits are sent via email to the email used at checkout. Please allow 5 Business days for our return department to process your return once it arrives back to us.
Your item must arrive back to us within 14 days from the day you receive your order. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt. Original tags, including Exotic Fashion Boutique tags must be attached. We will not honor your return with the tags unattached.
Inside your package please enclose your information along with your order number & email used at checkout. You can also enclose the original package slip. If we do not receive this information inside your package, it can cause a delay in issuing your credit as it takes more time to locate the order. Orders that are shipped free: Shipping fees will be deducted from online credit on orders that fall back $75
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The Boutique does not provide return shipping labels. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery.
EXCESSIVE RETURNS: If you have an excessive amount of returns we will start applying a 15% restocking fee to your credit. If we feel it is becoming overly excessive, we will review your account at that time and we will make the decision to refuse service to you moving forward.
REQUEST A RETURN: Before starting a return below, please double check your return still falls within the allowable days to ensure it does not get rejected. Any returned package that arrives back after the 14th day would be sent back regardless of approval.
The return package must arrive to us on or before the 14th day from when you received your package and or initial delivery attempt.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
